Do some 40 XP dailies and get up to 40 or so on 2 servants, although not both archers. Level them to reliably beat 40 AP event, you may need to for gears. Or just >>123494550

If you have rolled them once, the chance to roll them again is multiplied by 10.
This is why it becomes more and more difficult to roll certain servants the more servants you have.
