Really if we want to get technical the strength of an SR entirely depends on your center skill. If I have Rika or Syoko with a Kirari center, that 90% dance boost is gonna be pretty obscene, and putting Yuki for example would only be better if I put Miho center to take advantage of her balanced stats.

Rika's right in the middle with an appeal total of about 12.6k.
The Event Point reward SRs (i.e. Yuko, Ranko, Kirari, and Miho) with 120xx appeal totals.
At the very bottom is Azuki with slightly less than 12k. Honoka is also a 120xx appeal total.
Basically, what we're trending toward is event "consolation" SRs being weaker than usual as shown by Azuki, Honoka, and the other 4, Main Rewards being very strong, and there's a tiering to SRs based on their abilities with healers being weaker than average, and Perfect Locks usually being stronger than average.
