The arc bosses ALSO have duplicate versions: Croco has 2 evo paths and a 6* version, Enel has a raid version, Lucci has 2 paths and along with CP9 has a RR set. All of them are good. Check the drop list in the gadget thing we post.

Don't forget you're best off if you reroll for Log Luffy or Rayleigh since they're the most new player friendly units to start with, avoid Whitebeard and Boa like the plague. Though Sengoku is also not bad, but he's completely overshadowed by every other legend so you'd best avoid him also
