You open the fridge and let it out and naturally it's alive and not insane from being in a fridge for 200 years, then you find its parents (Also now ghouls, also still alive, also still in the family home which is in the middle of a gunner base apparently) and then slavers show up to collect them and you cunningly mislead them by saying they "Aren't there", which is backed up by the mom ghoul saying "Shhh be quiet".
