Having specialties is fine. The problem is if you move too much power in a color to one line, like ardors power in front or ww in back, you make monocolored not viable. If WW GKs are way better than everyone elses or Ardor Strikers are way better then everyone will play rainbow or duo color since you get everything.
If they keep specializing the colors, they need to improve monoaces relative to silla bullshit and duo aces that give you almost all the benefits

Meta Beth doesn't need to be in a Light / Dark. You can slap them in any mid line and get consistent results.
And with Willy getting his buff, Ardor / Light is best. Silla makes the best totem for him, Milky / Kevin are still obnoxious as fuck, Anael is pretty fucking godly with IC, Sammy is amazing in Mid, and if she gets a steal our counter attack with her nice reflex, she gives a nice action bar boost to William and Silla which pretty much guarantees he'll be shooting very soon after that.

Sammy would technically be better instead of Silla, as it will guarantee that your Ravian will always be alive if Sammy gets the ball to pass. You'd probably use Jeunese Ace to bump up her Reflexes. But because you are using Ronald, you really need a 4 man back line to make up for his lack of EE and low HP.

Honestly won't make any difference. Ron with low superbs is going to be one shot material without a bunch of HP totems, which is what I've set up your backline to have.
But with that set up, you might just give BT a try and see how it goes. As long as you put points in her shielding passives, you may be better off. At the very least, she shouldn't get OHKO'd since you seem to be a lower rank.
