I did the USS constitution shit and it felt like a worse version of that New vegas quest where you shoot the ghouls to radiation heaven.
IN the USS constitution shit I could kill the robots or help them. In the ghouls shit I could kill the ghouls, help them, sabotage and blow up the rocket, help them get even closer using my int.

VAs are paid like 200 bucks by the hour, and getting name pronunciations, inflections, etc. for even just calling a player's name could add astronomical cost and time to a game's development.
Nevermind that this would also mean the PC would have to introduce themselves by name too.

Is there a way to make more armor moddable with the ballistic weave you get from Tinker Tom?
Obviously there's no way in-game, but I'm wondering if there's a way to mod armor stats and turn the "can be modified" flag on or something. I can't figure out why the game will let me modify Piper's trenchcoat or MacCready's coat with ballistic weave but not Preston's or the Drifter Outfit--it doesn't make any fucking sense unless someone went "those outfits look too good to be armor."
