Do our dailies everday, Scout a good attacker/Shooter if you dont have one first then get a good GK, then everything else. Read the FAQ for a general idea, its dated but still good. If all else fails post your team in here and people will help you or give you an idea on what you need to do.

My team is roughly 30+ on levels since i round out everyone. I also have KiKi(on the bench) which i hear is really good on the back line but i dont want to part with Guin since she is quite the bully. I was thinking about putting her (Guin) back up top switching with Orses. But i like Orses on the front row, because of Chilling Espionage against GKs. Any input would be nice and thank you.

Pick either Griffith or Vitos as your striker and dump the other, put Guin in front and max her totem. Kiki goes to the backline and switch beta with meiran and put points in her reflex aura.
Also buy lots and lots of the 10 crystal penguin matches; there's no reason your team isn't max leveled so get to work on that.

You don't need two strikers. Replace griffith with an assist. If you don't have one, use that 2s ardor girl from 1-1. Supertrain and superb her. Your defense sucks ass, but there's little you can do about it. Use lucian, but give him litters. Evolve the rest of your team. Use penguins to level them. From what I've seen in my own testing, seething abyss has much higher damage by at least a few hundred on average, but ice core gives me more crit consistency for pvp.
