It's really good. Story is mindfuck tier good and multi is very nice too. Specialist is similar to Overwatch classes I think where you have an ability that charges through the game and can be very satisfying to use. Also double jumping/ wall running/ sliding straight out of Titanfall. Last COD I played was Blops 1 so for me that's a very refreshing experience.

Personally, I liked some of the new restrictions (like thruster abilities being tied to the same two loadout slots as abilities like swapping weapons in the field) which require you to play to a certain weapon/playstyle, allowing co-op players to play to their strengths while their teammates support their weaknesses. Not to mention the addition of boss encounters. Quite frankly, it doesn't feel like a Call of Duty game, which I think is why I'm enjoying it so much.
As for the state of the PC release, such a thing is inexcusable. What's even more perplexing is how this is coming from Treyarch, who pushed out an above-the-market average PC version of Black Ops 2.

Core AND Hardcore.
In core you need to be smarter and outmaneuver your enemies so you can get the 3-5 shots needed for a kill (depending on range). You are definitely at a disadvantage at very close range because it will never kill in one shot in core, but the farther you are while stil being in the effective range, the easier it is to get a kill somehow.
In HC it's basically whoever sees the person first kills that person. There are rarely second chances, and I'm pretty sure the Haymaker is at maximum a 2-shot kill in HC, even with a suppressor.

It sucks ass compared to other cods in the past. It does give you a slight edge in this one. I might be wrong but I believe the movement increase allows you to stay off UAVS if you have ghost whilst aiming down sight.

Shit like UAV just feeds me 75 points, so why would I want to do the same for the enemy? Anything too high takes too long to earn. Why would I want to take forever earning something that might get me 4 kills when I can use lesser score streaks on a constant basis? Also, you have to be playing against some really worthless people for RAPS to be of any use. Not a single one will be deployed if you use them against me.
My only complaint with this game is that it's sometimes hard to tell who's on your team since both teams use the same specialists. In BO2 you would know right away because the teams had different outfits.
Sometimes I really wonder how people can just deal with not having a pistol as their secondary.
When I run out of ammo and quickly pull out my pistol to pop the faggot in the head it just feels too reliable to swap it out for a rocket launcher than can shit on an air unit. Then again, I mostly play team deathmatch.

It made more sense in BO2 because the levels were flatter, tighter, more linear. Now there's so much open space due to the new movement that you die if you go outside. In BO2 you could at least keep moving from corner to corner along the corridors. Hijacked is a great example of this. I miss Hijacked now.

I haven't played Ghosts but it seems neo-IW haven't unlearned the crucial lesson MW1&2's campaigns taught and Treyarch fucked up: DON'T TAKE THE PLAYER'S CONTROL AWAY.
MW3's campaign was an uninspired fangame of "Remember that? We can do it too!" in dull brown rubble environments, but it kept you killing and the ending was excellent, as well as their twist on Mile High Club when the plane hits turbulence for a zero-gravity shootout (and later splits in half).
Theoretically, could a sniper with FMJ let me take people out through cover while Outrider's vision pulse lets me easily spot them? Does this seem like a viable tactic?

In the game prior to my match I had 4/20 (blaze it) enemies tagged then killed yet after the game in which I counted was 3 tagged enemies that I killed it didn't count towards my outfit.

There's literally no point in getting the higher tier ones like RAPS and Wraith. Everything gets shot down so easily.
I miss the feature that AW had where you can customize streaks. Some of these streaks need some better options or direct buffs.

Playing on the lowest settings and the game looks like fucking bioshock 1, but runs worse. Frames skipping at the worst fucking times, random slow downs for several seconds.
Fuck, I find myself just having to slide away in the middle of a shootout waiting for my FPS to recover sometimes because it just inexplicably starts shitting itself.
Most interestingly is the fact that my FPS counter insists the game is running at a stable 60 at all times. What the fuck is that all about.

ALWAYS throw it down at popular chokepoints or flags. In CTF I always throw it near their flag, In Dom I throw it at their Corner flag, in Demo I throw it at whatever point we're not letting them take. Also, GI Unit is fucking absurd. takes 3 Black Cell shots or EMPs, and can be set to follow you OR run off and charge their spawn or whatever hot point is on the map
