The third person aim down the sights animation really isn't that good, as in your character doesn't actually hold the gun up enough to be seeing down the sights. So even if you could free cam while using a scoped weapon your character probably would just look like they're hip-firing it.

Yes, although you can doubletap with semi-auto weapons as and both will count as stealth. It's pretty much required on higher difficulties unless you have an "Instigating" mod on your weapon.
So, upon realizing I couldn't run this (and therefore other stuff to some as wel), I got a new graphics card (GTX950).
Installed it, computer boots up and everything but the monitor doesn't pick anything up, is powered but just stays black.

Happy the collision worked out okay too.
After beating just the story all i can say is it was long and much longer then most games these days.
and there is still a ton to find and such but and town building is cool but.. something doesn't feel right and i know what it is, there are no actual towns everywhere where characters talk and come up too you. even towns in fallout 3 and nv didnt need loading. all there is , is good neighbor and diamond city, everything else are loading areas or "dungeons" they aren't even close to as bad as skyrim dungeons and some do have computer stories but its just not there, it doesn't feel like fallout without weird things happening in towns or a lot of characters with different things going on. all you have in 4 are your companions and the 3 tribes in the game. thats it, everyone else feels generic.
plus remember this game was being worked on for like 8 years and they didnt even really work on the graphics so what the fuck took up all their time.. Why do i have a feeling they have been working on tes 6 with a brand new engine and this game was low key as fuck.
its a very good game but i feel like it could be ten times better ai wise and graphic wise in 2015. the ai should be able to move around you. and it just doesn't feel like a game they spent that long on. they must of wasting all their time making the game have minecraft stuff in it, that it took up all the time for actual characters and quest in the world itself.

you have to go through the warning in one of the earlier quests, it does only mention the Institute hating you but it's pretty clearly the part where you are locked into the BoS ending
