She's good for cheese shit, especially if they have a 4man backline + GK. The two middle guys will try to penetrate and their whole line and GK will lose 30% of their HP really fast.
But it's pretty gimmicky. If they have Leaders in the backline and your using Ravian, they may not try to attack once they lose that much HP and then Jury is just a dud player that doesn't give any value to the position or help you win.
Really circumstantial.
However, guaranteed results if you see they run Milky and you put Jury in front of her. Backline Milky is like a guaranteed win with Jury there.

If it's a 4 man Backlane + GK, it's the 2 on the wings and the 2 center next to the GK.
Depending on who the two next to the GK are, they could potentially both try to Penetrate down mid. If it's an attacker (Yuri, Mikael), guaranteed they'll try to attack down the line, if it's a Defender (Kiki, Raklet), they'll try to penetrate if their HP isn't like way off from their target. If it's a Leader (Silk, Magnus), they'll stop trying if there is like a 25% difference in HP.
At least, that's been my experience with my own units all the way up toChampion's League

It's extremely easy to test this if you just go to any PvE modes with Lev in it and you be really careful about not introducing other damage sources to your calculation.
