1. Isaac must die to a Mulliboom in one of the Basement floors. Mulliboom seed: 6028 LLMK (Go into the large room above the starting room. You can easily die from full health in here to them.) Or if not: JTMD EZPF (one is directly below - Normal difficulty)
2. Magdalene must die to her own bomb in one of the Caves floors. (Pyro Seed: ALFA 0NTZ)
3. Judas must die to Mom's Foot as Judas in one of the Depths or Necropolis floors. Good Seed: 8LDE 8XDX (Wait on using the Joker till the 3rd floor and avoid the devil rooms and you'll get the sacred heart. You also get the Sad Onion on the first floor.
4. Azazel must die to Satan in Sheol (his blood/laser form or hooves, NOT leeches or The Fallen). You must NOT use a seed.

I just ran into the weirdest bug. I was fighting Lokii and killed all but one, then Loki spawned and all the sudden Lokii respawned infinitely until the screen was full of him.
I tried to screenshot but didn't quite catch it. Killed me right quick from contact damage.

The hard part about this Gaster Blaster is going to be doing the Side and Firing Sprites. I can't pull the jaw down because I'm already at the maximum size Shoop Da Whoop can take, and there's no official artwork of the Gaster Blasters from the side.
Have a simplistic Determination item sprite I've done earlier.
What do I even start with Lilith? 4 room charge on the box makes me very hesitant to use it, especially since it is only for one room. 2 Room charge felt great when I first got her and did Greed Mode.

honestly there aren't that many run killers. Compare that to how many of the challenges pretty much require you to get a god-item or are basically impossible. That's way more frustrating and bullshit than the 1/500 chance you might get soy milk which depending on your other items might not even be that bad.

It forces you to CONSTANTLY pay attention to whether it's spawned or not, and CONSTANTLY stay at a range in case it does spawn without you noticing it. Not only that but it makes fast chasing enemies impossible to avoid taking damage from.

you remember the challenge "slow roll?" well, that challenge had piercing tears. if a tear was reflected back towards boss after it had already hit the boss, the enemy would not take damage twice from the huge tear. unless dead onion changes this formula, i am led to believe it does nothing. ludovico is an entirely different story.

and this becomes incredibly easy to manage once you have even the slightest amount of experience with the brain.
