I watched one the endings in last night's stream. That picture is false 100%.You go into the Institute and nuke it from within.
If you side with Shaun for the long haul, no one really knows what happens besides speculation since no ones done it yet, but if the nukahub quest names and icons are anything to go by, it seems like its a WAY happier ending for the SS at least in its epilogue missions.
