1. Isaac must die to a Mulliboom in one of the Basement floors. Mulliboom seed: FHRD S1N1 (Go into the large room above the starting room. You can easily die from full health in here to them.) Or if not: JTMD EZPF (one is directly below - Normal difficulty)
2. Magdalene must die to her own bomb in one of the Caves floors. (Pyro Seed: ALFA 0NTZ)
3. Judas must die to Mom's Foot as Judas in one of the Depths or Necropolis floors. Good Seed: 8LDE 8XDX (Wait on using the Joker till the 3rd floor and avoid the devil rooms and you'll get the sacred heart. You also get the Sad Onion on the first floor.
4. Azazel must die to Satan in Sheol (his blood/laser form or hooves, NOT leeches or The Fallen). You must NOT use a seed.

God fucking damn was this daily trash tier or did I miss an OP item somewhere? Literally the only damage up the whole way down was a motherfucking Lump of Coal. Were it not for Infestation 2, I doubt I could have made it past Depths 1. I made a somewhat debatable decision to swap out box of friends for shovel, though, which let me go past the end of the normal daily all the way to Sheol. Almost beat Satan, too. But an Algiz Rune and a Blank Rune that activated as an Algiz rune were not fucking enough. Goddamn, what a slog. First non-Lost daily that I couldn't do Boss Rush on.
Highlights of the run: Card Against Humanity on a 2x2 room after getting golden bombs. Petrified Poop almost immediately. Went from about 5 HP to full 12 and 99 cents.
Reviving like 6 times with Guppy's Collar. I really wish I recorded just how many times this piece of shit saved me on this horrible run. Wish it did this on glass cannon runs instead of this trash.

If you find it, the Teleport 2.0 can get you there. It warps you somewhere you haven't been yet on the floor when used.
Priority is, from top to bottom is normal rooms > regular special rooms like shop/cursed/boss/etc. > secret room > super secret room > devil/angel room (even if you didn't qualify for it this floor). If you visited literally everywhere else, you get sent off to I AM ERROR.
