Got mihawk for the first time and collected 4 copies.
I did the by 2s based from the chart since I needed room for hermit crab shells and got pic related.
Of course dumb luck but for the time being it's sufficient evidence enough for me to go by 2s for no skill up events.

I haven't been willing to try it.
But what would happen if say you have 70 base stamina, have overflowed and just cleared a mission which makes you level up with 100 stamina remaining?
Does it just increase it or the max crew cost and leave the stamina as is? Or does it 'refill' your stamina by lowering it to the 70 base (or possibly new 71 base)

Because for many people he's going to sit in the box forever. His skill isn't overly great when most slasher teams rely on power and don't need a delay and while I'll be using him over Lucci when he's strong enough, I don't see any need to continue farming him when I can level him with turtles
