Essentially, the game has to track how many perfect, great, good, etc you hit during a stage. Just adjust those numbers accordingly. If that does not work, you can try alternative ways, such as searching for increasing and decreasing values when you hit or miss notes.
I absolutely do not recommend editing your score more than a little to compensate for notes you cannot miss as that is very easily detected and banned
I haven't tried the game on any emulators so I can't give you a hint on how easy this will be, but most mobile games have their data unencrypted in raw format as integers (FGO) or double type (Defense Witches for example)
I haven't see anything use float but that's certainly possible.

That japanese line was also from the novel. The weapon description of Arondight is at the very start of the novel with the color pages. So before you talk learn about what you are talking.
Also, the weapon description at the start of v4 also mentions the whole having the same origin as Excalibur as a divine construct, but then specifies that the thing where Arondight it's comparable to Excalibur is in its thoughness.
In other words, everything is there in that description. The novel text calls it a sword comparable to Excalibur (never counterpart, that was the retard chinese translation) and then the description explains why is that. There is nothing more to it.
