What I'm saying is that they lowered their standards, and with it their product quality. It started small by dropping their 60FPS sacred cow.
Then it got worse when they let EA rape Overstrike and turned it into FUSE because 12-year-olds didn't like it. Then there's Sunset Overdrive, which speaks for itself.
And now, they have to come crawling back to the game that put them on the map.

OoT's framerate was acceptable at the time, back then there was no way a game like that would be able to run 60, we knew the limits.
But now look at MGSV, it has an open world and much more content and yet that game manages run 60 fps on PS4, so why can't R&C?

Since Insomniac started targeting 30FPS for their games. Seriously R&C at 60 is really great, the games benefit massively from it. It's a shame they don't care anymore.

Anyways, OP Here. I don't really care much if the framerate is 30 fps. I've been playing PC games on a shitty laptop at 13 fps for years. 30 FPS is an upgrade to me. Not everybody is able to spoil themselves with fancy gadgets.
