Any Sonyggers play Furi yet? Holy shit this game is fun and difficult.
This game is fantastic and super addictive. I'd been watching it since it was first announced but it's somehow managed to exceed my expectations, especially in regards to how challenging (but fair) it is.
Fighting is fun. Aesthetics are amazing. Music is amazing. Only complaint is the story is a tad convoluted
I don't really see why people think this game is challenging. It requires a lot of inputs but it isn't really hard to dodge stuff.

The second boss isn't a tutorial, I don't know why you took that one anon so literally. The second boss is the one where you apply the principles taught to you in the tutorial.
It's easier because it's right at the start and difficulty curve is a pretty standard thing in games. You don't get to bitch about the game being too easy when you've only played the beginning, which is typically the easiest part of any game.

Dude, it's a tutorial boss. It's meant to be more forgiving so players can get to grips with the mechanics and feel more comfortable experimenting with the combat. The second boss is a significant step up in difficulty and is where the game truly begins.
Why the fuck are the walking sequences between bosses so fucking long and boring. Who thought two to three minutes of extremely slow walking with one line every 20 seconds was a good idea. It's the main fucking reason i stop whenever i kill a boss and only pick it back up every few days or so.
I'm conflicted. First phases of bosses feel shallow, needless padding only there to help you refresh energy you lose to the later phases. And some boss last phases kind feel like pure trial and error. Makes for fights that can prove long, but relatively boring actually.
I love the base idea I love the design, I'm thinking there should be a way to tighten things up a bit.

You don't really know how much more of a challenge you could get out of it, it could end up being a game with decent parts and a shitty beginning.
