Who gives a shit? MGS 3 was a masterpiece, but it's a decade old. If you want to go replay the game, you can always go replay it.
The series is over. It went to shit with MGS 4 and PW. MGS V was fun but it might as well not have been a MGS game, there's no reason for it to be considered one.

It's sad, really. You can tell that he wanted to make the game his best one, and the one that would have a bigger lifespan, so to speak, one the fans could come back to. It's almost heartbreaking watching the birthday scene and wondering what it could have been.
It's good to try new things, but he was far too ambitious for his own good, and we were left with this mess. He tried to pull off a MGS2-level twist, and it ended up backfiring horribly due to how disappointing the game was.
At least we can remember the fun that were the days before release, with all those wild theories and discussions
