Best case scenario:
Nintendo uses profits from Pokemon Go to make games for their regular audience, bringing them to new Golden Age.
Probable scenario:
Nintendo suits see profits from Pokemon Go, and wonder why the hell they should finance Marios or Zeldas that cost ten times as much, and offer fraction of returns. They then switch their focus entirely on mobile market, and rule over it.
I'd like for the first one to happen, but chances are it's the second one, or mix of both. Nintendo might do financially better than ever, but to us they will be as good as dead.
Even more worrying is that Nintendo has always been a trend setter with their successes, so if they switch their focus to mobile, you'll have tons of other developers aping them.
