Yes, I recently reinstalled 400 games from 1981 to 2016 and got everything working on windows 10 and almost everything in proper hor+ widescreen for 3d games.
Pre-95 games are obviously easy because of dosbox, and most post 2003 games work fine without needing any patch.
The most difficult parts for win10+widescreen are 1996-2002 games because the engines are a clusterfuck.
But in any case,you can always find fan patches or directx wrappers. I actually had more problem a few years ago when I tried to get everything installed in windows 7.
