Harada wanted to trim the roster to reduce the intimidation factor to new players but Tekken is actually diverse enough to where virtually every character had a distinct niche to fill. At this point the game basically NEEDS a really big cast because there were so many individual playstyles that were being accounted for by Tekken 6.

PC will be full of button-mashing scrubs for awhile before becoming like the PS3 was and be dominated by people so good you will never play at their level.
I can't even sign onto TTT2 on PS3 anymore because I get humiliated. I have to stick to the 360.

TTT2 lower ranks is littered with smurfs. Grand Master and green ranks mind as well be reds.

As much as I'd like to play fighters on PC, the community is always dead in comparison to consoles unless there is crossplay like SFV or KI.
