Puyo Puyo Tsu, Puyo Puyo Sun and Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary have fan TLs. There's also Puyo Pop and Puyo Pop Fever which have been officially translated and haven't been changed by much.

Yep, the PS3 and Vita versions share servers and the the Wii U and 3DS versions share servers. The PS3/Vita servers are empty from what I've heard, though. Most people play on 3DS.
