>tfw you realize CS:GO is a Russian soldier training simulator
>its designed to induce "us vs them" mentality
>forces players to cooperate
>it dehumanizes terrorists by presenting them as enemies in a game, the association will remain irl so the soldiers don't feel hesitation or remorse for killing the enemy

Your thinking way too deep into a mindless video game
>90s and early 00s games had nazis
>everything after 2002 had terrorists instead
Coincidence? I think not

I don't get it, how is it any different from how other countries train their soldiers. Or are you saying Russian soldiers play CS:GO as part of their training?
>>345340302
How do you explain the disproportionate amount of Russian players?

Because CS 1.6 was ridiculously popular here back in the day. Back when I was a schoolboy going to a lan cafe to play vidya, only FPS that had a local community were CS and Unreal Tournament. I chose UT and I regret nothing.

Ruskis love Valve games because they aren't very hardware demanding.

>Kim Fatty Fat Un
>allowing his people any contact with the outside world
Choose 1

It better not have been the original UT, its physics engine was total ass. Not a fan of CS, but if those were the only two games you could choose from, I don't blame russkies for sticking with that.

CS is quite far from being a realistic combat simulator.
