Yeah, that's the thing. People like to trash Sandlot for optimization, but really the PS4 has a bad CPU and this game is really CPU intensive. There is no other game like it on PS4

For anyone worried about a bad port. I think it's unlikely it will be all that terrible. Keep in mind the PS4 uses x86 architecture and so does PC. This isn't like last gen where the consoles were pretty different from PC

Requirements are just the highest and lowest they have in studio to test on. The game probably will be more CPU intensive than GPU. PS4 can run this at 1080p, and drops FPS when CPU intensive scenes happen

I don't work there, so I can't say. However the PS4 runs this at native 1080p and only drops FPS in very CPU intensive scenes so I'd say it's a CPU bottleneck as the game isn't visually astounding, but a ton of enemies in screen with physics attached and buildings falling is CPU intensive. That's when the game drops to 40-50FPS.
