PSP games on Vita are emulating and have severe measurable input lag. Even if you aren't susceptible to input lag it's noticeable. There is less lag streaming PS4 games to a Vita than there is playing emulated PSP games. It's the same with PSX games too (which I think are just PSP versions).

Patapon is that game that everybody started and most people liked but then barely anyone actually finished because it becomes unbearable.
