You'll get everything from season 1.

SFV actually has the worst season pass in recent memory.
It doesn't come with all of the DLC (not even close, actually) and the costumes it DOES come with are fucking hideous and you're better off with the story costumes you get for free.
Alex is a joke character, Guile, Juri and Ibuki are hollow shells of their former selves, Balrog is boring as usual and Urien can be bought separately and who knows if he'll still remain good when he's out.
