I think it will die in a month. For 3 days it was the only thing talked about at work. Now I don't hear a peep. I'm sure people will still play it here and there, but not like they are now (which is what makes it so fun/interesting to everyone).
How long do you think it will realistically take for them to add Gen 2 or even a proper battling/trading system?
I know this shit still isn't out for many countries, but people really will lose interest if they don't have proper updates.

The idea is to go to a densely populated place looking for pokestops that have what look like rose petals drifting around them, it means a lures been set up which draws in pokemon.
If you find an area where 3 pokestops basically intersect and someones dropped a lure on all of them then you'll be nonstop catching mons.
If you're playing it the intended casual way then you should just have it in the background while you go about doing whatever and only pull it out if it beeps to let you know a pokemons showed up.
Also their servers are either overloaded or pieces of shit, sometimes you gotta restart the game.
