Just tried it.
As a gameplay mod it's not too bad.
minor tweeks to gameplay and weapons.
As a porn game, it's a little subpar because I feel that there's room in the engine to use higher definition sprites and trying to stick with using them to remain faithful to doom's artstyle hurts any attempt at being sexy.

Actually, I like the sprites. My problem is that the gameplay is just "Doom but you get porn occasionally". Not sure what they could do to fix that though.
