The only thing I like about the MOBA genre, and something the "hero shooter" genre has picked up, is the nice characterisation of your "character" over just a class.
TF2 did a good job of giving its classes personality, so this is really a more developed version of this.
I kinda wish some single-player version of this existed in the same way. Obiously RPGs like Mass Effect have characterisation, but it's almost entirely for the NPCs, rather than your own character.
Who was the leader of Overwatch the organization? Morrison was the commander of the main force, and Reap Man was running Blackwatch, but who was the person in charge of everything? There seems to be no mention of that.
