Yes, that's the same dungeon used in the same multiple times. It is also used in the other games in the series multiple times. Most of the dungeons in Neptunia are mandatory to go through at some point to progress through the story.

Neps are only good to look at really. Their personalities don't even change nor do they get character development, they're more one note than Sonic Lost World's villains.
There's plenty of free sources to fap to neps that don't require you to spend $60, VII is pretty good though but I reckon they'll end up rehashing that game if gameplay isn't the point of Neptunia like most of its fans say then I don't know why they didn't just turn it into a Visual Novel.

I've been on the fence about trying neptunia mostly because the gameplay is so dated and bland looking, even for jrpg standards.
