I've never been a big fan of Nintendo's dual screens that and I had a few hardware problems as the years went by. So I'm kinda thinking about the Vita but I'm a fan of SMT games.

I got the Vita as a present from a friend, he was not using it and he is rich af. I found that there's a pausing bug in a lot of downloaded PS1 games. I've experienced that myself, sometimes the bug pauses the game and unpauses it for 5 times in ar ow, if the game has cutscenes, it pauses them too.

Not really. There was never a lot of mainline support for the Vita for whatever reason. I think Sony didn't expect it to be as popular as it was, and they figured it wouldn't stop if they kept on, so they did.
There's still a lot of third part support. Most people saying there's no support wanna play big name games on the Vita, which there aren't that many of.

Vita games are hard as fuck to find physically so you're limited to digital not to mention there's not as much variety unless you're a weeb.
3DS games are everywhere on the other hand and have more than just weeb games.
Personally because I have no incentive to play digital games as often as physical I would have to go with the 3DS.

You can stream games from your PC/Xbox/PS to shield on highest settings and 60 fps. Or if you're poorfag and don't have a PC or a current gen console you can pay nvidia 7 bucks per month and stream games from their servers. In any case, the shield tablet is currently the best mobile/handheld gaming device. Wish they would release Shield X1, but K1 sales weren't good enough and apparently they're done trying to compete in tablet market.

The only good Vita games are Tearaway, Gravity Rush, Soul Sacrifice, Digimon, and Ys Celceta. Persona 4 and all the weeb dungeon crawlers are a meme, dont listen to anyone who tells you to play them.
Persona 4 Golden is the best game on the Vita and Dungeon Travelers is one of the best handheld Dungeon Crawlers

This. I finally tried the series earlier this year. I like Persona 1 and 2, which were traditional dark dungeon crawlers. Persona 3 and 4... I pirated Persona 3, but was dumb enough to buy P4G. Biggest regret of the year.
