It makes the game look ridiculously good, but there is nothing to simulate moonlight, and using the pipboy is no way sufficient to navigate yourself during the night, but that is still awesome.
If I knew how to program behvaiour it would be worth my time coding in night behaviour for NPCS.
To be honest, it is a shame they did not steal more form the community, or just have them in, and thank them with signed pipboy's and special credits, even NPC apprerances. They do not have to be such massive assholes.
