Orcs are basically an alien race, Beastmen are mutated humans. Orcs want to fight because they're savages, Beastmen want to fight because humanity hates and shuns them. Orcs just enjoy fighting, but Beastmen enjoy rape, pillage, murder and iconoclasm.
In short, Orcs are savages but not necessarily evil, they just want to fight. But Beastmen are full of hatred and evil and fight because they want revenge.
Also, Beastmen actually exist in Warhammer 40K as well. In 40K they're also mutated humans but they hate themselves for being mutants so they devote themselves to the emperor and hope that fighting Chaos will redeem them.
