your opinion on the game boy micro
is it worth it? Or it just for novelty sake?
I love my Micro, it gives the best possible image out of GBA games due to its screen size and pixel density (only one that comes close is SP-101, but micro still looks sharper and not stretched).
It's also cool that you can use regular headphones with it.
But I think they're too expensive nowadays so unless you're rich or a heavy collector, I think you're better off with a SP-101, which can also play regular GB/GBC games, Micro is not Retro-compatible, only GBA.

Worth it. Best GBA family screen. I sold it. Sitll regretting it. Handling it feels good. Only real portable. Can literally fit anywhere. GBA has an incredible library.

The only fucky PSP emulation I'm aware of is N64. For GBA/GBC it's a-okay unless there's a few specific games I don't know about that don't work well.

I was feeling nostalgic so I went to a local vidya store and asked them to call me if a GBA SP shows up.
Two days later, one did and I got it for like $20. So I'd say go for the SP since it's cheaper than the micro. I also like the miniature laptop feel
They are really cool but buying a used one you will more than likely need to buy another faceplate for it as they scratch easily. But they are really damn hard to find. Only ebay has them.

Doesn't the Micro use the same 50Hz screens that are in the backlit SPs (AGS-101)? Because if so, it belongs in the garbage. Lack of GB/GBC support is also a turn-off for me.
