He doesn't seem that good to me. Most of his shit is unsafe and punishable by 90% of the cast, including all of his target combos. His over head isn't that fast, and his rush punches can be crush countered pretty easily for a lot of damage. His defense is also extremely shit now without head butt.

Again, it seems like Capcom designed the game by listening to scrubs. People used to complain because his headbutt came out extremely fast and had projectile immunity. So they just fucking remove it. Without the head butt, he feels so gimped.

Necro and Dhalsim have highly disparate playstyles despite sharing a few similar normals. Since Necro doesn't have a fireball he can't really zone and has to use his long-rage normals as poking/harassment tools. His overall gameplan revolves much more around carrying the other player to the corner where he can mess with you with juggles off of throws that lead into stun and resets galore.
