What are some games with locations that are closely modeled on real-world places?

The Yakuza games immediately come to mind, since Kamurocho is heavily based off of the Kabukicho district in Tokyo. Theater Square is immediately recognizable in this picture.

The Division is of course is based off of New York City, but since I haven't played that game I have no idea how close the representation is to the real thing.

There are also some really neat L4D/L4D2 custom maps set in locations like Barcelona, Vienna, and Disney World.
