I'm only ranked in the mid/high 60's, but it seems like her ulti lasts too long or charges too quickly. She is fun to play but the buff seems a little much at times. I mean yeah, 80 damage per shot is nice, but from what I've seen it's a bolt-action rifle so it doesn't exactly fire that fast.
