I enjoyed it because I watched the whole series back in like 2001/2002 when I was about 14 and living in a "pre-Bit Torrent, pre-ubiquitous anime streaming"-time where I was downloading the episodes one by one from super obscure Dragon Ball fansites that only posted new episodes once every few days. I ate up everything I could get it and loved Dragon Ball GT. The main timeline versions of the Pilaf gang could've made their wish at several possible moments. Like the peaceful period between Goku and Piccolo Jr's fight and the arrival of Raditz, the three years the heroes spent training for the androids, the seven years of peace after the Cell Games, or at some point after the defeat of Buu.

No, Tenkaichi was not fast. The only element of it being fast are the homing dash and counter attacks+ vanish timing.
It is deeper and more difficult than Xenoverse for sure, but Xeno movememt is alot faster and more fluid, and combos would be much faster and precise if it wasn't for the shit hitbox.
Not sure what you are remembering from BT, I remember character movement in BT3 being insanely sluggish.
