Dark Souls series
First one was fine, but not as great as /v/ said it was.
Second was absolute trash. Devs tried riding off of the previous game's popularity as being really hard, and just focused on making the game a chore to play, instead of being fun. Story was also boring and retarded.
3 was better than 2, but I couldn't force myself to care about the story at all. Only fun part was co-op and when I couldnt find any more summon signs in the game I just quit playing.

Just finished playing Silent Hill 1. Loved it. Decided to move on to a different survival horror, because I haven't really touched the genre.
Tried Resident Evil 1. Didn't like it. I see why people do, but it wasn't my cup of tea. Kind of disappointed, because I always wanted to get into the older games (played 4, 5 co-op, and revelations 1).
