The first game just tests your sanity is all. Insane encounter rate plus 90% of the world covered in bloom, you'd be better off with the patch that lowers both of those. Even then the battles in the game are all pretty easy (and are even easier because of how over leveled you be one)

It's a really easy game, and even easier once you figure out how OP some classes are since the game will encourage you to try out ever class with back up parties(there's parts where they split up to go through different sections)

There is a demo for the game and one of the playable pre-made characters (you can make your own in the main game) is a Maid that is in the Godhand class (aka the punch class)

So far it seems like a middling jRPG, I just got the ability to have a second team support you in battle (still playing TMS #FE)
there's a hitch every time you talk to an NPC, it's jarring and not fluid to run around and talk to multiple NPCs, it's like the game has a hard time registering the button presses for a second.
No way to speed up battle animations either from what I can tell.

I played it way back when and didn't enjoy it too much. Voice cast was really good but the gameplay was pretty dull, purposely stalling out boss fights to attack 9 times is fun though.
Why is it so easy to break the game? God Hand's counters are so powerful and if you put a magic barrier on him you can get any dragon to G3 and wreck him in the same turn. Shit, even that it's something that requires some setting up, but Rune Knight can BTFO a dragon in the first turn with Brave Sword. I actually cleared the whole last dungeon with just a Rune Knight + 2 Samurai (Sword+Dual) party going all out on the first turn.
