The last one I played was Rebirth 2, with the Eternal Sonata style combat. The only offensively bad part of neptunia is the dungeon design. Combat is fine, but it would be even better if I could just walk through an area and fight the boss instead of grinding random battles for EX meter because the boss will outheal you forever without spamming EX moves.

Rebirth 3 changes it so EXE moves are cast out of SP, and SP is recovered every time you hit someone.
VII changes it again so the EXE bar is back but it only lasts for one battle but charges up way faster. Personally I prefer this method more.

When their game "MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death" was banned in Australia, they simply chose to not release it there (http://ideafintl.com/updates/2016/06/22/3763.html), as they'd have to censor it to release it, and they stated that they will not release games censored anymore.

They don't desire to go against their word. In short, nothing would be censored if it were localized by IFI. You would simply not have to import to get the game, and there'd be more of a chance for a PC release in the future as well if you'd like that sort of thing, as IFI seems keen on doing that with the games they release in the West. Besides that, you'd also be setting yet another precedent for what games can be released in the West uncensored, thus giving more fuel to fight against retarded companies like NISA and NoA.
Simply put: You have absolutely nothing to lose from wanting the game localized in the West.
