most importantly, it looks like its going to suffer MGS "The Phantom Pain" syndrome where taking a franchise that worked in linear game design into the open world will make those spaces filled with arbitrary bullshit and nothing worth doing. the best part of the game looks like where it "plays like zelda" and the worst is when you have to move between Point A and Point B
of course for some reason everyone thinks nintendo will avoid that after skyward sword, it'll be interesting to see how it turns out

The thought of Todd getting genuinely excited at the prospect of making money - in an innocent, Mr Krabs-like way - is very endearing to me and I don't know why
The combat, mostly. 3 whole movesets already shown (Sword/Shield, Hammer, 2 handed long sword), looks very mashy with minimal thought behind it.

Shallow gameplay based solely upon gimmicks. Monster battles are the same old tired bullshit and it will eventually get extremely draining killing the exact same easy monsters the exact same easy way over and over again.
