singleplayer action games and fighting games are designed with two different design principles that are completely mutually exclusive:
Action games are designed to be balanced for one player against waves of mooks. Mooks and bosses moveset are only there to be evnetually trounced by the player
Fighting games HAVE to be balanced for BOTH players (with all combinations of characters, ideally)
these two ideas are incompatible
