If that were true, then there would either need to be a 2nd version of this thread, since it's half and half or this thread to not exist.
Now stop lying and get over it or make a new thread about (insert game here).

Why do people keep buying the games? I'm not trying to be 'that guy', I enjoyed playing Pokemon and would consider playing something like soul silver which focuses on Pokemon from earlier gens. I just can't get into new generations, to me there are 3 gens max, with 1 & 2 being better. They're also very easy games, so I'm genuinely curious.
>>344602553
Because I havef*nwhen I play them.
Because I'm not adverse to change and try to live in the past within a single generation of pokemon that was the first generation I played.

But remember that /v/ is not casual, Dark Souls is popular here.

Yeah, remember when mods made people keep Pokemon in /vp/?

I know how you feel. Gen I and II were great, but III killed my interest. I did play Platinum, and HG/SS, as well as White and White 2 before I completely gave up. HG/SS were pretty good, and White was the best non-remake since Gen II I think. Still not good enough to get me back into the series though, they're just too samey.

/v/ is great

And yet you play Pokemon. A game that almost never changes aside from some subtle features that only turbo crazies care about.
