That level in Homm3 where you have to go around murdering elves to raise a huge skeleton army is pretty much my favourite level in any TBS ever. It's great.

That's why you have zombies, duh. Regular skellies aren't that great but you can find Vaal ones and get yourself a huge army with mages and a general in one cast - need to charge it with souls but it's perfect for tough battles. And you can mix yourself some nice auras without fiddling with mercs, and augment your summons with support gems. Also you can shoot flaming skulls because why not?

Yeah that's the problem, getting GCP (GemCutter's Prism's) Takes a while, because:
1) gems with quality drops rarily
2) Gcp's itself are rare

i feel skellies in PoE would be more comfortable using alongside a totem, so you don't have to deal with resummoning them, honestly, they are rather good at dealing damage, and more skellies is always useful alongside the mass of zombos and spectres, and i can't wait to use the vaal version.

I just remember being disappointed when revives in Diablo 2 didn't last that long, sure they did a lot of damage and you could mass them but eh. I like how PoE does them, they're powerful (and can be made much more powerful with Ascension skills), but you don't get a lot of them.
