basically you'll want to hit their supports ASAP (mei, zenyatta, mercy, etc). If they have a Mercy and she's locked down fucking kill that bitch. Even if you kill everything else and leave their Mercy up there's a high chance she'll just res and then die herself.
If they don't have a Mercy but they have a Mei, fucking shoot her in the god damn face. Zenyatta is less of a worry because of his low health pool, but if there's no other immediately threatening targets may as well shoot him in the face too.
IMO, tanks should be the least of your worries unless it's a Roadhog. And only go for them AFTER the supports have been killed.
The same rules apply for flanks. If you're Soldier or Tracer or whoever, and you get a good flank on the enemy team, ignore the shit out of their tanks (you will chew them up but won't kill them). You'll want to hit targets you KNOW you can kill, or at least push back if you miss most of your shots.

That always depends. Lading a 5 man stun will probably be good based on their team. Imagine this scenario, zarya ults them all, then zenyatta ult saving everyone. If rein stunned them before the zen ult that doesn't happen.
