I replayed MGS3 on it about a year ago and it was crippling me. JRPGs and stuff are fine, think it's just how I hold it when I need to use the sticks.
Tangentially related, but I use a little folding knife to open packages, and managed to stab it right through the top of my left thumb, while cutting open the packaging for a second hand PS2.
Still not sure how I managed it. Guy had packaged it like a madman, layers and layers of padding and tape and shit, so it was a chore to hack through it all, and then suddenly the knife is sticking out of my hand. Went in at the edge of the fingernail, then bent underneath it.

I've popped my left shoulder out of place three times, one of the times I popped it back in and kept doing my routine.

I also chopped the end of the same thumb while cutting vegetables and had to have it stitched back on. Not a huge chunk, like 1cm at an angle so it didn't catch the nail at all. Went to the hospital with it hanging off, wrapped in a pair of boxer shorts because they were the first thing I grabbed.
It still looks mostly fine, and feels perfectly normal, surprisingly.

This reminded me of something I did when I was like 6, though I didn't hurt myself. I was playing Pokemon Red/Blue, and looking for a Pikachu in Viridian Forest. When I finally found one after a while, I was ecstatic and jumped off my bed. My landing caused the cartridge to shift or something and reset the game.
