Any tips for a new Street Fighter player?
Seems like the only person I do well with "In training mode" is Mika and Rashid"
Did online for maybe 2-3 fights but when it starts I just forget combos or cant do them fast enough

Like with anything it gets easier once you process it and archive those combos into your muscle memory so you don't have to get a hit in and then manually think "oh this is now a good time to do my c- oh now it's too late"
I think simply playing it regularly will help you with learning the basics like what works and not and matchups. There's no getting good without putting plenty of time into it.

SFV has the easiest execution out of any Street Fighter game
Learn whatever your bread and butter combos are and do them over and over until you learn the timing for them. Once you know your combos, you're going to want to learn what each of your buttons do so you can get idea of how to practically apply them in a real match setting.
After that, the only way you're going to get better is by playing against real people. Each match up is different and you need to learn what works and doesn't work against who.

They retooled her moveset to be more offensive, and she's got some tricky setups and resets to go along with it. I think she'll be okay. I just hope Urien doesnt turn out bad

There's nothing inherently weird about fighting games that makes them hard to play. Just keep playing and trying to pull off all the combos and eventually they'll stick in your memory.
When to use which combo, when to pressure, when to keep distance, when to parry ahead of time etc. will all come with more experience.
