So I picked up Super Mario 64 DS from a flea market today, pretty good pick at $25 for both it and FE: Shadow Dragon.
Anyway
I opened the case and it had this thing in it. Best as I can tell, it's some kind of adapter that goes in the GBA port of an old DS. But it screws in? And I've never seen the type of input it seems to be adapting to.

which makes it worth even less because GH didn't play right on the old fat ones anyway.

A Guitar Hero game would have either made bank on the DS or bombed and either out come would have raised questions in actions made during the peak of the guitar crazy
as history has played out it was over produced and had small to no demand
That said short of original NES stuff and the super rare manufactured ones, most proprietary game accessories are worth very little due to the fact they can usually only work with one game and most games that had such accessories were not that good.
