It's definitely up there. I used to love going with my parents to the grocery store and playing it there. Good times.
it's my personal favorite. I'm 34 years old and lived through the early and mid 90s age of street fighter II/ MK era.
however third strike is terribly unbalanced. its essentially the Chun Li and Ken show with everyone else a distant second. And even then it's Low Forward + Super Art spamming.
